○作品の販売は自由です。
○販売手数料として販売価格の1割を申し受けます。

案内状
○案内状は展覧会開催１ヶ月前までに利用される方でご用意下さい。
○ギャラリーからも案内状をお配りしますので200枚〜頂きます。
○案内状にはギャラリーロゴマーク、地図を記載願います。
◯案内状（DM、フライヤー）のデザイン制作も承ります。
　＊撮影、デザイン、サイズ、紙質等応相談。

COLORのオプション　
○DM、フライヤーのデザイン制作承ります。
　＊撮影、デザイン、サイズ、紙質、予算等応相談。
○展示作品、展示風景撮影　5000円〜
○展覧会ポートフォリオ制作(撮影込み）12000円〜
○プロジェクターレンタル１日800円×日数

注意事項
○使用料について
　＊申し込み時に半金お納め下さい。使用３ヶ月前に残金お納め下さい。
　＊申し込み時の半金はキャンセルされても返金できません。
　＊３ヶ月以内のキャンセルは全額ご負担願います。
○騒音を伴うイベントはご遠慮願います。
○設備の汚損、破損された場合は実費をご負担願います。
○不慮の災害の場合の責任は負いませんのでご了承下さい。
○申し込み時の使用目的と異なった目的に使用されることや、使用権の転貸、譲渡は
　お断りします。

Selling
○It's free to sell products.
○The gallery receives 10% commission from the artists sales.

Fryers
○All artists should make flyers for their exhibition at least 1 month prior to the starting day of their exhibition.
○The gallery will also distribute your flyers so please prepare about 200 to leave with us.
○Please include the gallery logo mark and a map on your flyer.
○We also can design the flyer for you if required.
*We will discuss photograph of your work,design,size,paper quality etc.

COLOR option
○We can design the flyer for you if required.
*We will discuss photograph of your work,design,size,paper quality,budget etc.
○We can take photos of your work and exhibition ・・・5,000yen~
○We can make your exhibition portfolio (including photograph)
○Projector rental fee ・・・1day=800 yen ×number of days.

Important Information
○Regarding the exhibition cost
＊Please pay the exhibition cost at the application time and the second half 3month before
the start of the exhibition.
＊We are unable to refund the initial half of the money(payed at the time of application)
if an artist cancels their exhibition.
＊If a cancellation is within three month of the starting day,the artist will have to pay the
full amount of the exhibition cost.
○Please refrain from any events that may cause laud noises.
○If the artist cause any damages,they must cover the expenses for that damage.
○In the case of a sudden natural disaster,we are not responsible for any damages to your work.
○Any sudden changes to your original exhibition plan are not allowed.Renting out the space to others is also prohibited.
